A deliciously fun twist on a classic, this Big Mac Pasta Salad captures all the flavors of a traditional Big Mac burger in a refreshing salad.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions and then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, and dressing.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
