Delicious chicken alfredo served in crispy garlic bread bowls for a fun twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 large round loaves of bread
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the tops off the bread loaves and hollow them out.
  7. Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and fill each with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
  • Can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different twist.
