2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
1 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
