A delicious twist on classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, these rolls are filled with creamy chicken, ham, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs such as parsley or thyme to the filling.
  • These rolls can be frozen before baking. Just bake them for a few minutes longer if cooking from frozen.
