Delicious and crispy tacos made with wonton wrappers and filled with flavorful chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground chicken until browned.
  2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger; stir to combine.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin to form taco shells.
  5. Fill each shell with chicken mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and fill with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chili sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • Experiment with different toppings like avocado or sour cream.
