- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground chicken until browned.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger; stir to combine.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin to form taco shells.
