Delicious crispy keto-friendly roll ups filled with cinnamon and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cinnamon, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add salt and coconut flour to the mixture.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a thin layer of the egg mixture to form a crepe.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden and repeat until all mixture is used.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each crepe and roll them up.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
