  • 1 pound potstickers
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and water, bringing to a boil.
  4. Add the potstickers and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Add the soy sauce and green onion, mixing well before serving.
